HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018!
Considering I'm jet-lagged as ever, having had 3 hours of sleep on the flight home, I can't actually believe I made it to midnight!
This post has been a long time coming; I took so many photos on our holiday to Florida, that I thought it would only be right to share them with you. I can't even tell you how happy I was on holiday, what with the weather and the atmosphere with the run-up to Christmas Day.
However, it was a slight downer to go from sunny Sarasota to Orlando, where the weather was pretty cold. It was okay on the first couple of days, luckily on one of the days we were at Universal, but it soon cooled down to about 15 degrees, which sounds okay but, when you've been in 22-26 degree heat for the rest of the time, it's a bit of a shocker. On the plus-side, it meant the weather wasn't such a shock when we came home to the UK!
Nevertheless, I had the most amazing time away, and think I've realised that Sarasota is one of my favourite places to visit, if not my favourite.
